Returns
Due to safety concerns, unfortunately we do not accept returns The Organic Formula cannot accept any returns of formula products, even if they are unopened. We would not feel comfortable reselling any returned formula to other parents, as we take strict precautions in securely storing our inventory in a specific climate-controlled environment engineered to provide the optimal conditions for the formula to stay fresh and safe. If an unopened box is returned to us we have no way to detect any tampering, so for the safety of the babies who depend on us, we cannot accept returns. We appreciate your understanding.
Order Cancellation / Modifications
• If you change your mind, act quickly! The Organic Formula’s turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
• Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Unfulfilled." Once an order has a status of "Shipped/Completed," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.
Damaged Goods:
Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged, please email us immediately at (email address that you guys made for me) with your order number and please attach a photo of the damaged items. Please keep all original shipping containers. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier. We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like! We’ll send you a return shipping label and schedule a courier for pickup. If we have the replacement in stock, we’ll ship it to you once the damaged item is received. If the replacement is no longer available, we’ll credit your original form of payment. Please allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement, once the times have been returned.
Damaged formula Box
The Organic Formula try’s to send out all the boxes that are not damaged meaning dented, but due to where they come from some of the box do get a little damaged but nothing major maybe some minor dents. Even with the little dents we know there is absolutely nothing wrong with the products inside and we are sorry for the inconvenience, it’s due to shipping. If you are extremely picky about packaging please make a note in the comment area of your order and we will try to accommodate you best we can, but it’s not a guarantee.

Can I go pick up items?
Currently, we do not have a storefront, but can accommodate pick up from certain areas close to Glendale, Sun Valley, Upland & Santa Ana please contact us to see if this arrangement would work for you. We are only doing online purchases at the moment.
In no event will The Organic Formula, or its directors, officers, owners and employees, be liable for any claims, demands, damages liabilities, suits, attachments, judgments, losses, penalties, fines, settlements, expenses, including courts costs and reasonable attorneys fees incident thereto; indirect, special, incidental, economic, consequently sold by The Organic Formula. Buyer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Organic Formula for all such claims and actions in each case notwithstanding the actual or alleged negligence, provided that The Organic Formula liability will be limited to the purchase price of the product.
